John Leek over at CottonMouth gave us a little love with a recent blog post about the column from Alex Alston.
We wrote extensively about the column yesterday. It has really made the rounds in the judicial community.
What is most surprising is that the author is not a trial lawyer. He is a well respected defense attorney. I understand several of his colleagues are going nuts over his column.
The truth: He’s not the only defense attorney who believes the court is out of balance. He’s just the only one who has been brave enough to say it. So far…
